The Ukrainian Institute for Advanced Training of Television, Radio, and Press Workers conducted a training course under the program “Communication of Executive Authorities” for employees of the State Audit Service of Ukraine’s departments dealing with information and public communication. The course took place from September 5 to November 7, 2024.
The course curator, Natalia Dniprenko, head of the department at the Ukrainian Institute for Advanced Training of Television, Radio, and Press Workers, PhD in public administration, along with instructors Victoria Robochek and Renata Bobarchuk, reviewed and analyzed media products previously submitted by participants. They considered the feedback and evaluated new works as well. Almost all of them are suitable for placement on the websites of local branches of the State Audit Service and various social media platforms. During the discussions, the instructors offered valuable advice on improving media text creation processes and suggested further fruitful collaboration and assistance.
The video clips, their editing, graphic tools, and image technologies, musical accompaniment, stylistics, and text accuracy, as well as information saturation, were all areas in which media professionals from the State Audit Service’s departments gained expertise at the Ukrainian Institute for Advanced Training of Television, Radio, and Press Workers. They received high praise from the instructors for their work.
The exam on the theoretical part of the training course included questions on the basic principles and formats of communication between executive authorities and the public, the creation of mechanisms for the conscious affirmation of democracy, and the development of civil society. The participants demonstrated a good level of knowledge and understanding of the course material. The Ukrainian Institute for Advanced Training of Television, Radio, and Press Workers will confirm their success with a state-issued certificate.
