On October 4, 2023, the training “Identification of corruption risks and their assessment” under the program “Prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest in the activities of officials. Rules of ethical behavior” for managers and employees of the State Committee for Television and Radio-Broadcasting of Ukraine ended in UTRPI.
The acting director of the UTRPI Glib Golovchenko, presented certificates to the participants and wished them to use the acquired knowledge in practice for the development of our state and society.
During the training course, the participants studied the following topics:
- the concept of the institution “corruption” and its general characteristics;
- corruption risks: concepts, types and their assessment;
- the concept of legal responsibility for acts of corruption;
- corruption offense and offense related to corruption;
- the concept of conflict of interests;
- general description of a potential conflict of interest;
- a general description of a real conflict of interest
