The training course “Use of artificial intelligence in the work of the media”, launched by the Ukrainian Institute for Advanced Training of Television, Radio Broadcasting and Press Workers together with the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine with the assistance of the State Committee for Television and Radio-broadcasting, has become popular and in demand in the journalistic community.
The Ukrainian Institute for Advanced Training of Television, Radio Broadcasting and Press Workers (UTRPI) has organized and is not the first time conducting a training course on the use of artificial intelligence in order to provide new advanced knowledge to all willing media workers.

This, in particular, was discussed in the opening speech of the Director of the UTRPI, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Secretary of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine, Honored Journalist of Ukraine Glib Golovchenko to the course participants.

Denis Zamrii, head of the Department of Modern Information Technologies in the Mass Media Department of the UTRPI, presented the main principles of artificial intelligence with extensive detailed support.
The media trainer familiarized the audience with the possibilities of artificial intelligence for working with texts, provided an overview of the main AI services, showed in practice how to give tasks to artificial intelligence and with its help receive texts, in particular, presentations, media plans, as well as conduct document analysis, their description in different styles, to carry out fact-checking.
The functionality of AI services allows to use it productively as a tool for routine work. And although it will not replace creative workers, – noted Denys Zamrii, – they can be replaced by creative workers who know how to use AI. This reality should be taken into account and studied, practiced thanks to the opportunities provided by the UTRPI.
